Extra Ordinary Ability
Simply stated, extraordinary ability means that the individual is on the top 5% of his or her field of expertise in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, motion picture or television.
The beneficiary may come with a support staff, his/her spouse and children.
To qualify, the beneficiary must be coming to work in his or her field of extraordinary ability or achievement. To qualify it will be necessary to present extensive documentation, showing why this person deserves to obtain the extraordinary ability classification.
